Jura Wine Dinner - Wednesday, January 19th

Chef Theo Adley utilized organic local farm produce to create hyper-local seasonal menus inspired by mediterranean cuisine, from new interpretations of classics to the avant garde.

Jura, a small but renowned wine region in France, boasts a rich history of winemaking dating back to the Roman era. Located between Burgundy and the Alps, its unique terroir features limestone and clay soils, coupled with a continental climate, which creates ideal conditions for producing distinctive wines.

The region is particularly famous for its unique grape varieties, including Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard, and Trousseau. Savagnin is especially noted for its role in producing the region's iconic Vin Jaune, a long-aged white wine with a distinctive nutty flavor.

Jura's winemaking styles vary, from the oxidative Vin Jaune and Vin de Paille (a sweet wine made from dried grapes) to fresh and fruity reds and whites. The region's commitment to traditional techniques and sustainable practices has garnered international acclaim, making Jura a hidden gem in the wine world.

Join us for our next wine dinner featuring a five-course feast paired with the wines from some of Jura’s most legendary natural wine producers.

We will be featuring two separate flights to choose from so there are plenty of options.
